Original papers not submitted elsewhere, or not under consideration for any other conference/journal are solicited.

Papers must be submitted before 1st June 2006 11 59 pm PST.

Papers should follow IEEE 2 column style with font of 10 pt Times New Roman.

A maximum of 8 pages are allowed. Extra pages at USD 100 per page will be allowed for a maximum of 2 extra pages.
