Important Dates & Submission Steps

Final Manuscript Due: August 5, 2006

Please follow the steps below for manuscript submission. Accepted manuscripts will be published in the conference proceedings.

Register for conference

• One author for each paper must register at a non-student rate, even if all authors are students.
• One registration covers two papers for those authors who have multiple papers accepted.
• Please go to the registration page to register for the conference. IMPORTANT: Your paper will not be included in the proceedings unless you have successfully registered.

Submitting the Manuscripts

• After successful registration you will be sent the upload site link within 48 - 72 hrs.
• Please Note: Your registration may take up to 48 hrs for the bank to process so please do not expect the upload web address immediately. If you do not receive the upload location within 3 business days, please contact ICST registration
• Please note the page limit and format of your manuscripts.
• At the upload location, you will be instructed to submit your paper either in WORD ,WordPerfect or LaTex format.
• After you upload paper you will be instructed to download the ACM Copyright form, this form must faxed to ICST at + 36 1 3494355 or emailed to zita (dot) rozsa (at) icst (dot) org. You will be notified ONLY if your copyright form is not complete.
• You will be sent a confirmation that your paper was uploaded successfully and you will have an opportunity to submit any revisions.

Final Manuscript Page Limit and Format

• Regular papers and invited papers are allowed up to 10 pages, including all figures, tables and references.
• For invited paper, please add the line "(Invited Paper)" after the title of your paper.
• Extra page cost of Euro 80/USD$102 will be charged per page. This payment is made on the Registration form.
• Please prepare your camera-ready manuscripts using the standard two-column ACM format, with detailed guidelines downloadable at http://www.x-cd.com/accessnet06/guidelines.cfm
• Please, fill the bottom box in the paper front page using the following values:
  • Conference name: AccessNets'06, September 4-6, 2006, Athens, Greece
  • Copyright 2006 ACM 1-59593-513-4..$5.00.
